Day3: BROADSIDES


Day 3 I got in the prototype for broadsides. Charge the guns then unleash a barrage. When I come back to iterate on broadsides I will experiment with shooting more than one salvo in a short window of time, and I will also experiment with recoil.

I am not sure how aiming will work yet, or even if I want there to be aiming. I am thinking the aim will be confined to a low angle and will try to follow the camera if it is moving, otherwise it will just shoot out straight.
I was also able to fix collision tunneling for the projectiles so that they can actually hit other rigidbodies properly.

Day 1 and 2 I made the car controller prototype and mapped the inputs I needed for testing.
Next up I guess will be enemy racer prototypes.
